Teacher Trainer Wanted!
Teacher Plus Foundation is establishing a permanent English Language Teaching Centre in one of the major secondary schools in rural Thailand.
The Foundation is seeking to hire a full-time Teacher Trainer to run the centre on a one-year, renewable contract. The assignment is scheduled to commence in or around May 2004.
The main requirements for the Teacher Trainer are:
- Experience in teaching English using child-centred learning techniques
- Preferably TESOL-qualified, or with an equivalent qualification
- Ability to adjust to local culture and environment
- Previous experience of similar assignments will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Thai language or specific Thailand experience is not required, but would be helpful
